I just realized that a much of the Brawl soundtrack is just revamped versions of previous game soundtracks while the rest is the original tracks. What I mean by revamped is that they're totally over-pumped much of the time.
Couldn't they have rearranged much of the tracks without pumping them full of Red Bull (or whatever energy drink you kids drink these days...Monster, Rock Star, et cetera)?
Or is it part of the Brawl theme that everything has to leap out of the screen (or in this case, the speakers), grab you by the lapels and kick ass? If that's the case, you'd think they'd have done the same to tracks like the ones from Animal Crossing or...Brain Age Academy.
And for you guys' information I've never actually played Brawl (I've only touched a Wiimote twice in my life). I'm just madly in love with the soundtrack (just kidding; it were merely a crush, love; I am so over it now).

Reorchestrating the soundtrack for the Wii's SPU might have been in question... Though then again I can't find any definitive evidence that there actually is a new SPU in the Wii.
If they're still using the old Macronix chip from the GameCube for compatibility reasons, then I can sort of see why they chose to steroid the soundtrack instead of reorchestrating it.
