Okay, here's the deal

Whether you're busy or not, need a break, or just unattached, I'm telling all of you this:
We're doing this together. We started this together, and no one is just going to get up and leave. We can do this, it's juat a bit sluggish. So how are we starting this and who's going first? We can fill in the blanks later. I'll do it if I have to, but what do you guys think should start it off? Who should be in it? I'm not letting Arg and Rodrigo leave forever, you guys are coming back and that's because I said so. Yeah, that's right. I suddenly grew a pair of metaphorical balls. No more Ms. Nice-Latchkey. I'm not lettnig this fall apart after we all were so excited and worked so well together for it. I love you all and you know what?



We're fucking Z-Legion. Yeah. I was torn up when Arg said he was going to drop it (So he's out for good, it's offical... if he ever wants to join back up in the future, he's welcome, but he's out.), and I was REALLY torn up when Rodrigo told me he left (BUT I'M MAKING HIM STAY OR ELSE), and Skye, DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT. I believe in you!! Why? Because we're the best damn comic artists in the world. Screw everyone else, they don't have the balls to pull of what we're doing (metaphorical or physical).

Things have thier rough spots, this just happens ot be a rough one. But hey, I'm determined and stubborn like hell and have kept this thing alive for as long as it has been, and this is when I start to crack the whip that I hoped I wouldn't have had to touch.

LET'S GET DOWN TO BUSINESS.

[dirges]

I think there was a bit of confusion about how the zombie thing started. In Arg's version, which is the most complete thusfar, it was people with third eyes that controlled the beasts. Their powers were granted to them by more powerful, conniving demons.

Personally, I didn't think it fit very well. Considering the way things are going at the moment, perhaps we should just toss all the characters together at once in a Digimon-style opening, then have them separated at a later time. But at the moment, they'd be forced to work together simply because they were together at the moment.

To symbolize Arg's leaving the group, I propose his character be killed off later in the series, but in the mean time have very little dialogue and appearance. To symbolize RDC's "kind of" leaving, I guess his character can be separated from the group and never allowed to be reunited (maybe he's frozen in ice, I don't know).

Now, as for the artwork, I propose that one person be in charge of ALL of the comic, so as to maintain continuity. Remember the artist group CLAMP, which is composed of four women, but with each of their series, Card Captors, Chobits, XXXHolic, whatever, it's a different artist but the same for that entire series. This is what we should do. Other artists can assist with storyboards and post.

If anyone proposes that I take this responsibility, I warn you that I only work under pressure of other people (going through school, getting a job, everything). So somebody else would have to take over being the boss of everything, not me.

I like the throwing everyone together idea. Though I'm not sure if Rodrigo is gone or not. I don't understand the rest of what you're trying to say. I think we could just to page by page, or maybe a few pages per artist at a time, and the characters get separated at times, but mainly stay in the group?

[dirges]

I believe what I said was that it should all be drawn by one artist, to keep the art consistent. It would also take a lot of effort off the rest of the group, depending on who it is.

As for the latter, I'd meant that they would be forced to group together for survival's sake, then after some few story arcs would slowly bond together. A bit after that, perhaps right after an argument of some sort (which is typical), they become separated and realize the bonds they had. They then work toward becoming reunited and after this, strengthen their resolve toward their ultimate goal.

Which is...uhh, I guess, destroying all zombies.

Which also brings up the idea: can we have friendly zombies? Killing "all" zombies seems a bit racist, really, perhaps even wasteful.

Fine, fine. But as for "consistency" in art... we should all do our part no matter what. Some of us may do more than others, that's okay, but we're all in this together, so I think we should take turns doing a page or a few pages, but at least communicate. I'm starting on the first page tonight but leaving it very vague for whatever is next.
